I graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1984 and subsequently completed a residency in pediatrics at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Since that time, I have practiced primary care pediatrics, largely in the Pioneer Valley. In 2014 I joined Sleep Medicine Services of Western MA (SMSWM) as a consultant. While at SMSWM my interest in the behavioral aspects of sleep medicine developed and I pursued additional training in Brief Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (BBTI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI) for children and adults. I am an active member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, The Society for Behavioral Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of Pediatrics
